{"id":21,"date":"2016-08-30T15:01:00","date_gmt":"2016-08-30T14:01:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/childreninthecloud.org\/?p=21"},"modified":"2018-02-01T11:09:47","modified_gmt":"2018-02-01T10:09:47","slug":"foundation-board-meeting-of-26-august-2016","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/childreninthecloud.org\/en\/conseil-de-fondation-du-26-aout-2016\/","title":{"rendered":"Foundation Board of August 26, 2016"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2><strong>Minutes of the Foundation Board meeting of 26 August 2016<\/strong><\/h2>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong>Agenda<\/strong><br \/>\n- Assignment of the functions of the Foundation Board<br \/>\n- Acceptance of the internal regulations<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><em> The session begins at 1:00 p.m. on August 26, 2016<\/em><br \/>\n- The Board of Trustees is in plenary, so we can start the meeting.<br \/>\n- Eric Collet informs the Foundation Board that the Foundation is registered in the<br \/>\nCommerce du Canton de Vaud dated 11 July 2016<br \/>\n- By agreement, the distribution of duties is as follows:<br \/>\no President Eric Collet<br \/>\no Vice-Chairman Herv\u00e9 Doulat<br \/>\no Treasurer Christine Collet<br \/>\no Secretary Chryst\u00e8le Doulat<br \/>\n- Eric Collet read out the internal regulations that had been circulated to the Board of Directors.<br \/>\nIt was agreed that the Board of Trustees would be able to make any necessary changes to the Foundation's bylaws in advance.
