Minutes of the Foundation Board meeting of 26 August 2016

- Assignment of the functions of the Foundation Board
- Acceptance of the internal regulations
The session begins at 1:00 p.m. on August 26, 2016
- The Board of Trustees is in plenary, so we can start the meeting.
- Eric Collet informs the Foundation Board that the Foundation is registered in the
Commerce du Canton de Vaud dated 11 July 2016
- By agreement, the distribution of duties is as follows:
o President Eric Collet
o Vice-Chairman Hervé Doulat
o Treasurer Christine Collet
o Secretary Chrystèle Doulat
- Eric Collet read out the internal regulations that had been circulated to the Board of Directors.
It was agreed that the Board of Trustees would be able to make any necessary changes to the Foundation's bylaws in advance. It is accepted at
unanimously.
- Eric Collet informs that the Film shot at Sona by Hervé to support our action has been
presented at FIFAD and caught the attention of JP Rapp. Eric will organize a meeting in early
September with Hervé and Jean Philippe to discuss a film on the peasantry of
mountain in the Simien for the 2017 competition at Les Diablerêts, at our next
trip
- The next trip is scheduled for October 8-23 to establish the baseline of the project with
local actors, e.g., Mesay our coordinator.
- The President will inform the members about the acceptance of the tax exemption as well as the
release of the foundation by the Federal Supervisory Board for Foundations.
- No individual proposal
